Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Custom-made, personalized, or specially crafted items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Any item showing signs of use, alteration, or wear will not be accepted.

Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after inspection.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our side.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance
- Products damaged through misuse or improper care
